I inadvertently ordered the wrong part but Harrison quickly identified the part required over the phone, dispatched it the same day, and emailed me a return label. The new part arrived within 24 hrs and the original part was refunded as soon as they received it back.

The rotisserie motor on my somewhat aged Britannia range stopped working. Britannia’s quote for a repair was eye watering. A simple online search brought me to this site. The part was delivered super quick, and slotted straight into place. Silent in operation, the rotisserie is as good as new. Great that you carry these parts and very impressed with your service.
