I never thought that I would be able to fix my oven myself when it failed on a Sunday and was considering buying a new one! However it was easy to identify the part required, place the order, and fix the oven on the Tuesday! Very happy with the great service and having a genuine part gives me more confidence than if I had gone for a compatible one!
A pre order query was answered on a bank holiday Monday. I ordered the new burners and they arrived on Thursday. Fitted to cooker and they work well. We notice that we get more useable heat from the gas jets now, back to like it was when they were new.
