The customer service gentleman was very nice and helpful. The element’s price was reasonable. The correct one was sent right away and arrived pretty fast. I’ve installed the element and so far it’s working. If I need parts in the future, I’ll go to them first.

Spare thermostat not widely available as cooker is over 20 yrs old. Part obtained no bother, delivered next day and all at a very reasonable price. First class service.
Timer/Clock Module ordered Monday, received Wednesday, fitted on Saturday morning and has brought back life to our 25 year old cooker. Here’s to another 25 years. (Hopefully)
